Refund & Replacement Policy

At Trace, every detail is intentional. Our policies are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a seamless experience.


No Returns

We do not accept returns in any case, including but not limited to personal preferences, fragrance disliking, or change of mind.


Opened or Used Products

All products are non-returnable once delivered, regardless of whether they have been opened or used.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, we offer a replacement only (no refunds).

To request a replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • A clear unboxing video is required, showing the package being opened
  • The product and packaging should be clearly visible in the video

Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.


Incorrect Product

If you receive the wrong product, we will arrange a free replacement after verification.


Replacement Process

Once your request is approved, we will process a replacement at no additional cost. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

If a COD order is not accepted, we reserve the right to restrict or block COD services for future orders.


Order Cancellation

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.


Important Note

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your order, as it is required for any damage or incorrect product claims.
